Prices/Availability
Rental prices quoted are per night and are for the whole chalet regardless of how many people are staying (4 bedroom/8 bed). They include reasonable use of gas, water and electricity, as well as the Austrian Visitors Tax of €1.10 per day per person. They also include bed linen and towels.They do not include cleaning costs which are payable direct to the cleaner on your departure of €55.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Check In/Check Out: The booking diary below shows the first night and the last night of a booking. On the first day of booking the chalet will be available for occupancy after 3.00 pm. The last day of booking on the diary below shows your last night, for example if you are departing from the chalet on the 5th of the month, the booking diary below will show your last night as the 4th of the month. You are requested to vacate the chalet by 10.00 am on the day of departure to allow time for cleaning.
Deposit: On acceptance of the booking, a 15% non-refundable deposit will be payable, with the balance due 6 weeks before occupancy. Should the booking be made within 8 weeks of occupancy, the total amount will be payable. See terms and conditions below for full details.
