This delightful chalet, finished in August 2007 is a 4 bedroom, 8 bed chalet (the 8th bed is a sleep-over bed), with two bathrooms. 

Downstairs

From entrance hall: 

Downstairs bathroom (with shower cubicle), washer & dryer.   Ski room for all outdoor clothing/boots/shoes.             NB: Outdoor shoes not to be worn in chalet.

Main living area: 

This is very light, with views over the mountains as there are two doors (leading onto the terrace) and windows on on all three sides of the living/dining area.

Kitchen area:  Fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & all usual appliances ie kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.  A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area with two bar stools.

Dining area:  Corner seating with 4 additional chairs.

Living area:  Large corner sofa & 2 additional chairs, flatscreen tv, english tv* (we take a Sky card), dvd player, cd player.

Upstairs:

2 double bedrooms (Austrian style) with plenty of storage.

1 twin bedded room with plenty of storage.

1 single bed with pull out sleepover bed underneath and storage. 

1 bathroom with bath & shower over bath

Heating:

The chalet has a feature gas fire which heats the whole chalet and gives instant heat; both bathrooms and the living/dining area have underfloor heating with individual thermostats and there are electric heaters in all bedrooms and both bathrooms - we can guarantee you will be cosy!

Outside:

There is a large decked terrace around 2 sides of the chalet with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.  There are 2 parking spaces.
